Then you can return the products to the manufacturer's address provided in the email at your expense.
If the complaint is justified, you will receive the corrected and / or repaired garment at our expense. The repair time is counted from the moment the manufacturer receives the complained goods and is up to 20 days plus delivery time.
If for some reason you do not want / cannot receive the repaired clothes, the refund is only possible in the form of a coupon to be redeemed in the store for subsequent purchases (the purchase value will be reduced by the value of the coupon).
